The goal

The goal

Design a website and brand system that positions DreamDive as a premium, trustworthy creative partner, while clearly communicating services, expertise, and value. The website also needed to support the founder’s personal brand and function as a strong portfolio and sales too.

Design Challenge

DreamDive faced several foundational challenges typical for early-stage creative agencies:

  • Unclear positioning in a crowded design market

  • Weak differentiation from generic “full-service” studios

  • Low trust signals for new visitors

  • A scattered portfolio that didn’t tell a cohesive story

The core challenge:

Create a digital presence that feels premium and calm, clearly communicates expertise, and builds trust — without feeling overdesigned or impersonal.

UX Reserch

Competitive Analysis

I conducted a competitive analysis of 4 creative agencies across the design and tech space, focusing on:

  • Positioning clarity

  • Homepage storytelling

  • Service explanation

  • Portfolio structure

  • Trust signals and credibility cues

  • Visual tone and emotional impact

Key insight

Many agency websites either over-explain their process (creating friction) or rely heavily on visuals without context (hurting trust). DreamDive’s opportunity was to balance emotional calm with strategic clarity — making expertise feel effortless and credible.

Information Architecture

The website structure was intentionally minimal and focused, built around 5 core pages to reduce cognitive load and guide users naturally toward conversion

All copy was written to support a calm, premium tone — confident but approachable, without buzzwords or overpromising.

Visual & Brand Direction

Before moving into visual design, I translated brand keywords into emotional attributes that guided every design decision:
The visual direction was intentionally premium and calm, avoiding loud colors or aggressive layouts. The goal was to make the work feel thoughtful, modern, and trustworthy.

Design Process

Inspiration & Benchmarking

I collected references from modern agency, tech, and personal brand websites to define the visual and structural direction.

Wireframes

Early layouts focused on hierarchy, rhythm, and content flow — ensuring that key messages surfaced quickly without overwhelming the user.

Responsive Design

The website was designed responsively for desktop, tablet, and mobile, with flexible layouts that preserve hierarchy and readability across breakpoints.

High-Fidelity Design

The final designs combined clarity, structure, and brand expression into a cohesive system that feels confident and intentional.

UI Kit

To support scalability and future growth, I created a UI kit with 40+ components

Impact

Led end-to-end UX, brand, and web design for a creative agency, repositioning it as a premium service and delivering a responsive website, 40+ component UI system, and brand assets. The case study became the most engaged project on Behance with 400+ likes and comments.

Key Takeaways

A strong creative agency website isn’t about showing everything you can do.
It’s about showing exactly what matters, with clarity, confidence, and restraint.

DreamDive’s digital presence proves that calm design, clear positioning, and thoughtful structure can be just as powerful as bold visuals — especially when trust and credibility are the goal.

Design Challenge

Sustainability managers struggled to find affordable, trustworthy ESG solutions due to the lack of a centralized and accessible platform.

How might we help sustainability managers quickly discover and compare ESG solutions to reduce their company’s environmental footprint?

Our challenge was to design a climate tech marketplace MVP under limited time, budget, and research resources – while ensuring it was usable, scalable, and genuinely helpful for decision-makers.
